I am excited to share with you a couple of new items I recently developed as part of The Partnerhood Online Program.
There are already two PDF planners included in the program that help you strategize better self-care and relationship-care as your family grows. I created both of these as essential guides in preparing expectant and new parent couples better within that first year postpartum. They cover a range of topics including healthy nutrition, sexual wellness, date night planning, and more.
These planners are only a small fraction of the entire program though. There is also a robust online course with five modules that you have access to for a full year once you begin the program as well as the accompanying workbook that you can keep forever to reference past that first year.
And coming in September, I'll be releasing two more planners to join this incredible resource list!
One is the Healthcare Planner that includes pretty much anything you can think of for managing all your child's healthcare needs. From crucial contact information and doctor appointments to feeding, diapering, and sleeping records, this planner has it all. No more forgetting how many wet and poopy diapers your baby had when the pediatrician asks. No more searching for the doctor's contact info or wondering when your baby last had a nap. This will be your go-to planner for keeping track of this essential information.
The other is the Postpartum Planner to help you and your partner get through the fourth trimester a little easier. It includes ways to get help, get rest, get fed, and get back to "normal" (whatever that means!), plus more. There is also a comprehensive checklist of postpartum healing items that may help the recuperation period in the first six weeks as well as a medication log for keeping track of all pain medicines, iron supplements, and any other medicines that might be suggested by a medical professional for postpartum healing.
I'm so excited to have these two new items for my students and I know they will be super valuable for those first few months post-baby.
The Partnerhood is ever-evolving and I always welcome suggestions that would be helpful for program participants. If you think of anything you'd like to see offered, please reach out to me and I'll see what I can do.
