 About Me

As not only a therapist, but also a wife and mother, I have seen first-hand the importance of a strong family foundation. My main goal in creating The Partnerhood is to help couples achieve genuine connection, communicate more effectively, and create the relationships they want to have so this foundation can carry them through the storms that life will inevitably throw at them.

I am originally from the East Coast and grew up most of my life in Virginia. After graduating from Sweet Briar College, I moved to Miami, Florida for about a year and half to work with under-privileged children, their families, and the homeless population there. When an opportunity presented itself to move to Denver, Colorado and work with the organization I partnered with in Miami, I was excited to take the leap.

My next few years in Colorado would lead me to find my calling as a therapist and return to school to earn a Master’s degree in the field. I now have a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University and am honored that I get to help new and young families through the challenges of becoming new parents.
